Here in Baoji....have no idea of the temp! But since yesterday the sky's been yuck and I think it's threatening to snow. We had the tiniest smidgin of snow about a month ago, and that was it. That's fine by me ababababab

Can anyone tell me the weather in Shanghai at the moment? Am leaving tomorrow by train, arrive Sunday morning, not sure if I will need my Michelin jacket or bikini afafafafaf

Bugs, no wii until you do your errands.

Missi, we're not going to make it to your house on our Xian adventure.  But you're very welcome to my spare bed if your want cold and snow.  We have skiing, skating, etc and are on the train route to Harbin, if that's where you're going.  No cooking, though.  (Changchun)
Back home and still confused about what the locals are saying.

Bugs, that's as good an excuse as any to stay inside and play Wii as any I can come up with.  Cough! Cough!  (I can hear you from here.)  Don't play so long and hard that you wreck your arm again.

George, Non-Dave already has a houseful. He probably has room on the couch, though.  This afternoon's project is to sort stuff in my office (ie spare bedroom).  But here I sit at the Saloon.  Procrastination is my middle name.  If I knew company was coming, I'd be more motivated to actually get something done.

I am doing laundry this afternoon.  The weather (to stay on topic!) is breezy and balmy - perfect for drying clothes out on the balcony.  The breeze must have pushed the pollution away because I can actually see blue sky out there.  Rare spotting in these parts!

Dongguan. Summery 28C at 3pm this afternoon, blue skies and sunshine. Too hot for jeans... the t-shirt is ok. We're trying to organise a cold snap for your arrival Georgie.

I've had the windows open to let the warm, fresh air in.  Now the mosquitoes are organizing a welcoming committee for George.

Blue skies.  All day.  Don't remember the last time I saw that in Dongguan.
