3% alcohol is still strong for a kid. Pretty irresponsible IMO. Mind you, one stupid thing we do in the UK is be very puritanical with our kids, and then they go mental on the booze when they hit mid teens. This is one thing to be said for china: they get their kids used to alcohol from a young age, with small cups of beer with each meal, and they just aren't interested in western-type boozing when they get older. Same with the Frogs.
