Should I Buy Whey Protein Powder in China or Import?
« on: June 10, 2021, 04:08:29 AM »
Hi Everyone,

I need to lose a lot of body fat.  So, it's time to get back into health, exercise, and healthy foods.

1.  Whey protein is the best protein powder.

I know, many Asian countries I lived in had rice protein, soy, etc. but not 100% whey protein.

2.  Normally, in the US, Amazon.com or any sports supplement store has great prices.  Sometimes, there is even no markup, because it is so competitive.

However, in China, it is a different situation.

3.  Can anyone advise?

Should I buy from TaoBao, JD.com, or try to import from a place like BulkNutrition.com?

Have you considered making ricotta cheese?  It's fairly simple to make.  One of the side products of this is whey in liquid form.
I'm pro-cloning and we vote!               Why isn't this card colored green?

Escaped Lunatic,

I know your suggestion was a half-joke.

But, you did touch on a point: I need to cook a lot more.

Thankfully, TaoBao and JD.com have lots of steamed vegetable maker, brown rice maker, etc.  And, grocery stores have more Splenda, Diet soda, etc. than even five years ago.

The more I cook, instead of eating outside, the more my body will thank me for healthy ingredients.
