Not vintage, obv, nor actual mil. But knock off retail?

They must be available, right? Seems like lots of the commercial versions are made in China anyway.

And can you buy liners separately? In different colors?

There was a small shop next to the Carrefour I shop at that carried an assortment of psuedo-military clothing.  If someone had a physical shop, chances are that Taobao has a pile of virtual shops with similar merchandise.
