This is probably wishful thinking on my part, but what are chances of spotify working in China. I've heard mixed things regarding where it works, I have a friend in Korea who cant use it, but a friend in South Africa who can. It isn't vital but I'm going to miss my music playlists big stylee

Not launched in China yet.  If you have a VPN that works through a server in one of their countries you could possibly still use it.

You will possibly want a VPN or proxy of some sort - there are a few sites that the GFW (Great FireWall) has blocked - notably Youtube and Facebook.
