NGO - Urban Air Quality Rankings for Provincial Capitals and Municipalities

I wonder which supposed impartial ngo put Guangzhou as 4th cleanest city in China.

Zhaoqing (肇庆; Zhào​qìng​) is a small city near Guangzhou in Guangdong Province in China. It is famous for its fresh air and the surrounding environment.

If you want 'fresh air' then I think Guangzhou is the place to go.

Just saw the lowest air quality figures I have seen for Harbin.  We have not been anywhere near the worst extremes recently, but I have never seen two digit results, ie results under 100. But right now it is 89 and Moderate... and cold. Usual results have been Unhealthy or Very Unhealthy.
