This may be too specific a topic but I'm hoping we have a member in Changchun who may have an inkling of an idea about "reputable" (quit laughing!) property management companies there.
I know Laoban has strong opinions about Changchun-pro and con. I think most recent entry was last May where it was noted that Changchun was in the top 11 cities for good air quality. I was there in July (in-laws live there) and you can smell the coal dust ground into the concrete.
In fairness my wife's meimei took me around to some great morning food/farmers markets and to some good Korean BBQ.
I think Daydreamer has left but perhaps not.
My wife has an apartment she owns. She's in Shanghai. Does't visit enough. The family doesn't care to "care for it" and the friends all but had a "major player pink light salon chain owner" (had to be. he was willing to post 5 years rent in advance). She must either get proper mgmt or sell it.
No strings. I just want a place to start besides a Google.
