I hope this is the right thread. I have mentioned before that my friends are opening a new Russian restaurant in Dalian. Now I've got my hands on specific location and maps. Enjoy, Dalian-ren!
It opened on August 2nd. The address is: Shahekou district, Dalian city, The Yellow River Road, No. 325

Dalian has always had great Russian food (and also very cheap great Russian vodka! bfbfbfbfbf ). One of the things I do miss about it...

Don't miss the drunk Russian sailors much, though. oooooooooo
