Right then, Cambridge...
« on: July 26, 2014, 06:44:19 AM »
So starting in September I will be teaching young learned for the Cambridge exam I have spent some time on the Cambridge website and looked at a lot of the tests and so on and it all looks straightforward, Because  I did celta fairly recently and it's all based on that so I'm not that worried except that I haven't worked with kids for 8 years.

But I know a lot of the people on here are much more experienced than me so I'm fishing for tips or experiences about Cambridge system. Books I could buy would help as well. Anything basically

I'm kind of worried because the Cambridge method is very impressive, but from reading online they seem to be a bit fanatical about it, like there are other ideas that I've experienced and are quite well known, but not from their method so they are kind of ignored. I imagine the school won't be like that, the guy said that it's all based on listening, writing, speaking and reading so as long as the classes are useful and enjoyable it's ok.....
