Some of that is going to come down to your own preferences. Middle vs High schoolers, etc.
Head down to GZ for a few days. Make an appointment to visit each school while classes are in session. Show up an hour early and quietly observe the school from outside. Doing both an outside observation as well as a tour should give you a very good idea of how well/poorly the school is run, plus you can take a look at the neighborhood you'll be living/working in.
Check those contracts carefully. Sometimes, you end up with a job at School A, but then find out you've got classes all the way across town at School B a few times per week. If travel time is compensated and a driver is provided, this may not be so bad, but there have been cases of people spending an hour or more of their own time and money just to get to a class located far away from their official work site.
