Best Translator Apps?

Do you use any? I'd probably use Google Translate if, y'know...

But I discovered today that Microsoft Translator latest update will offer offline translation, which is probably going to be cool, so meanwhile I tried out the online version, and with wifi it works great. It'll translate short *spoken* English sentences into both onscreen characters and a robot spoken version. I presume the translation quality is about machine standard but it got hello and what's your name easily enough. This, in my opinion, is cool.

Universal translator, here we come.
