The headline tells the tale, but I disagree with the second sentence in the lead graph in the story: "For years, Yum Brands provided a shining example of what an American company could do in China. Not anymore."

Yum is smart to spin-off their Chinese operations to Chinese operators (as detailed in the article). Let the Chinese operators deal with the Chinese obsession to play Shylock with tearing down western brands.
