Problem using touch screen
« on: May 23, 2015, 11:48:23 AM »
I have a problem.

My son has an I-Pad that he lets me use when he is at work.

Yesterday there was a problem and the page enlarged significantly.   Should not have been a problem but it was a big one for me.   llllllllll llllllllll

I could not get the page to shrink back.  He came home and said you just do a 3 finger double tap.  I said I tried everything.  Enlarge the page again and watch me try to do it.  I couldn't.  We tried 10 times or more.  nada.  Finally he said he guessed I had a physical problem with the process.  He said it was something about capacitance or something.

Does anyone on here know how I can somehow be able to shrink a page?  Eat different foods?  Put something on my hands?  Or  mmmmmmmmmm mmmmmmmmmm mmmmmmmmmm mmmmmmmmmm
Be kind to dragons for thou are crunchy when roasted and taste good with brie.

No. I'd guess as you tapping your fingers are slightly off plane so they're not registering as three taps but as, for example, two with another right after it. Try not spreading your fingers apart at all. Also, the two taps have to happen fairly quickly.

Just turn the damn thing off when you can.
