These guys are a bunch of recruiters that claim they are state owned and serve public interest rather than profit. Can anyone confirm these guys to be legit or not?

What offers that I could find related to the school doesn't seem to be of a very high quality. Wages from 4 years ago, half winter vacation.....

Given the number of places that insist I take a train across several provinces for an overnight stay at my expense to give a demo lesson where they do not request other people to do the same, it would seem I am a last resort hiring option ( at least it feels that way)  and I just gotta take what I can get even if the deal is not necessarily as great as some here have the good fortune of being offered.

I was more concerned about the legitimacy of their claims to be state owned,it guarantees nothing of course but at least it takes chances of being ***** from 90% to maybe 88 % ^^. They process visas for Chinese tourists as well often used by travel agencies.
