I personally haven't seen any of those in China so far, and imports are prohibitively expensive.  However, if one was to search Google thusly:  [rapidshare OR hotfile OR download "name of textbook"], then that person might find them available somewhere online.

I downloaded and perused the book. Its basically another IELTS book as opposed to what mistakes students make resulting in a lower than expected score. Its still a very very useful learning tool
