Only you two huh.
Well even though I'm an Aussie I've always been a NBA fan. Since I was a kid the Celtics have been my team.

With my Celts getting knocked out in the first round my feelings were this:
After they shut Durant down for the season Houston could have taken the series.

I had Memphis to take it down over OKC. I like the thunder, but for some reason I can't support them with anything other than passing interest (maybe something to do with the whole Sonics gate thing)

I thought Chicago would take more than one game, as those guys have so much heart.

I loved the warriors/spurs match up. As both teams had Australian players (Mills and Bogut) As much as I've loved bogut in the post season I had a feeling that the spurs could knock them off.

I'm surprised that Indiana didn't finish off the knicks today. Melo and Smith has been playing like garbage (especially Smith) but somehow Melo manages to retain his golden boy status. I don't think they can pull out another win. Hero ball doesn't get you all the way.

Memphis vs San antonio will be a series that I'll watch with interest. I'm pulling for the spurs. But I have a little doubt. I love Gasol, he's a really interesting big man to watch.

Indiana vs Spurs can go one of two ways I think. Miami plays small ball, birdman has been a great pickup for them but I don't think he can hang with the pacers big guys.
In a way it will be old school vs new school. Pacers have a more traditional line up and style, while Miami play that small ball style.
Wade is touch and go, he's had his moments but not often. He's mildly injured and not consistent atm.
Bosh has been underappreciated since going to south beach, and under utilized. And I'm not yet convinced that Lebron has become a consistent pressure player. I think last year's title was more about young OKC bowing under the pressure than Lebron's ability to overcome his.
I think if the pacers can stretch out the series they have the best chance of any team to beat Miami.

I'd like to say Indiana in 7, if it goes that far.

Memphis are really dark horse candidates for the title. If they beat San antonio then I think they could beat Miami or Indiana. If it's Miami and San antonio I'll go with Miami. Pacers vs Spurs, I'd go with Spurs.

NY Knicks - Indiana:
Oklahoma - Memphis:
Miami - Chicago:
San Antonio - Golden State:

Damn Knickerbockers! Pick them to loose, they win. I pick them to win, they loose. I am a bit surprised at how the Thunder went down. 2/4, when betting, you loose money at this rate.

San Antonio - Memphis: This is going to be a great series and I think low scoring. That won't mean dull, points must be earned

Miami - Indiana: Do the Pacer's stiffling defence has what it takes to stop Miami's big three AND their bench?

Both series will go 6 and we'll see the anticipated Spurs-Heat matchup in June. Since I like SA, that'll mean Miami win repeat. (If I like the Heat, yaddayaddayadda Spurs)

Hmm, Your 2013 NBA Champions, the Memphis Grizzlies. The folks in Vancouver won't like that. Good team who's been on the rise the past few years. Might have salary cap issues next year me thinks. Can they do it this year?

Question: Why would you think that Indiana could beat Miami but not San Antonio. I know they have very different styles, but the Pacers' team defense won't change much
