Just in case someone wants to compare architecture in China with Soviet-style blocks, they should come to see some of the latest erections. Combine fengshui with a larger spending capacity, and the result is interesting!

I used to live down the street from the top picture in the second set. That's the Haiwang Building in Nanshan district, Shenzhen. Met a guy here in New Jersey that lived there.

It still has nice bits though, unclean and unmodern, but they are not easy to find.
The clean, modern parts are terminally dull, imho.

DD, Shenzhen clean? I guess in some parts, just not the parts I frequented.
