Haven't you noticed that when you go to some site, like the NYT or Slate or something, there is usually a sidebar that shows what your "friends' have liked recently even if you don;t have FB open. I mean, I didn't know how they did it, but they make it very obvious. If you think you have any privacy on the internet then your just deluding yourself.
