Short version:

World International English = Poo
Longre Training Centre = Good

Long version:

World International English is in the bend over and grab your ankle business - I was screwed out of money, another guy was screwed out of money and yet another guy was brought from Guangzhou and promised a salary and accommodation, on the way his passport was stolen on the train and World International English left him on the streets of Changsha without money or a place to sleep. Man doesn't know anyone in Changsha, came here for wife and child to build a life and wouldn't even reimburse him for expenses travelled. We and this poor man gambled with school and lost, despite honoring our end of the bargain. Other man is now stuck in Changsha without contacts, accommodation, money or job. Unfortunately these stories are becoming commonplace at the Changsha establishment of World International English. A Changsha PSB officer told me personally that they will not be issuing any further resident permits for foreign employees of the school. Stay away!

On a lighter note, the Longre Training Centre is a burgeoning school looking for qualified teachers, compensating fair and accordingly. Spent one year there and was given everything according to contract. Everything went smoothly, including getting the right docs from the guh'ment.

I'm assuming he has neither photocopies nor electronic versions of his passport. He'd be able to get the ball rolling while waiting for the embassy to re-issue a replacement.

I even brought an old expired passport just in case

Sorry to hear about World International English but thumbs up for the Longre Training Centre seal of approval

Assumption verified.
