If you're really choosy, you could try to find a 'gig' similar to the one I had. The school was privately run, so the pay was a lot more than the usual public school job - around 11,000 per month for a 16 x 35 minute week - but the setup was as good - 4 months' paid hols, health insurance for the FT
and[/i] his/her partner and child(ren). Plane home for FT, partner, child(ren). And they paid to ship stuff back too.
That said, I guess that must be relatively rare in China - to get the benefits that you get from the public school system while getting pay more in line with the private language centres, while working quite an easy schedule.
