Going to do the rounds down here with a visiting friend. Maybe Beijing, he has to go, but not sure I want to with all that water freezing solid up there.

Maybe changing jobs/moving.

Doing more to set up my exporting business.

As for ourselves, well it depends on the news I get any day now about if I get my PGCE interview in the UK.

I hope you get the interview CD, doing a PGCE is something I'm considering; particularly if my wife and I stay in the UK.

Will you go the primary, secondary or post-compulsory route?

I've got the interview.  January 21st.  Primary specialising in French

Two week winter camp in Jilin city,taught there last year so no surprises.  Full days but lesson plans done and we do cool stuff like study dinosaurs and make stuff out of clay; school is owned by a foreigner.
Hopefully travel to Guilin or thereabouts in early February, last year here so hafta travel a bit before I go.

My Hols effectively start on 23rd of Dec. All the kiddies are off to military training and I have no duties. Hand in my results, and I am free as a bird. Contract supposed to end 15th of jan.

My Hols end such that I start work 1st of march.

Best holiday I have had for a while.

All my classes finish on the 22nd Jan and I go back on 5th March (Current timetable for next semester has me with Monday and Tuesday no classes!!).  I also have from the 26th Dec to 7th Jan with no classes.  Nice.  But I only have one class per week now anyway - the other classes are all completed. Tough life.

I am in Australia from the 20th of Jan till around the 16th of Feb, sun, sand and sea. I will be working for 2 weeks while im there but $1000 aud cash in hand is not to be snubbed. Am looking forward to to clean air, barbies, and seafood.
