Are you a real Mongolian or a Han Chinese who happened to have been born in Nei Mongou?

Yvonne you post a topic and we reply, but you never respond to our questions.    This is the 4th topic you have started and so far you only comment on something by starting a new thread.  This is not the way a forum works.

If you want to know something and post a topic then respond within that topic or stop wasting our time.

Hello Yvonne.  Welcome to the Saloon.  It's nice to see that you want to socialize with us.  We (or at least some of us) are a little bit crazy, but that is what makes this such an appealing place to visit, I believe.  If you see or read any thread that seems interesting and you want to answer to it, we'd be happy to have your thoughts on the topics(s).  That way, we can all get to know each other better.

I like travelling, music, history, reading, sports, internet. I hope I can be friend for some of you!

Is there any particular type of music that you like to listen to?  My own taste is for the old stuff, with a bit of lighter classical and some country or folk.

We have a pretty good thread started on what we are all reading at the moment.  Teachers (or least the ones at Raoul's) really like to read.  What are your favourite kinds of books?  Do you have a favourite author?

Cheers, Yvonne! th_ag  This is your first year in the job market?  That's the toughest one.

You say you like reading- maybe you can help me.  I bought a novel called Fortress Beseiged- at least that was the English title.  It's a Chinese book that I left on the bus while I was halfway through.

Do you recognize the title?  If so, who was the author?  It was so good that I just have to find it again and read the rest of it.

Yes, but she has still only made 4 posts and each one the start of a new thread.  Boss, you should explain to her about actually answering questions inside the posts she starts.
