I can give you some idea of Jinan prices, but that won't be much good to you...depends on the style and complexity of frames! Go ask a framer!!

Well, a wooden frame with sort of glass of a regular poster size should be within 40-50RMB. It is possible to find that in Beijing. May be in Xi'an it is even cheaper? Go to local Kodak shop, check out their prices and then divide by 2-2,5 and thats about how much it should cost.

I have friends in the Muslim Quarter in Xi'an who frame all my stuff for me. Simple frames range between 20-60Y depending on size. In "Art Street" you can get very fancy frames, so you may want to negotiate with them.
