I am new to this forum, so I am still learning the ropes.
I will first answer the obvious question why that particular region. I want to live in Southern China since I am not a fan of the snow or cold weather. I also want to be close to Hanoi or Guangzhou to visit without have to pay the higher prices by living there.
Is there any good schools that are hiring teachers in the Guangxi area? I prefer to teach adults or elementary school kids. I want to akakakakak myself in China and not llllllllll . I have NEVER taught in China, but have taught in Korea and did not like it. Do not ask me why!
I have travelled around Asia so I know about living in different cultures. I have a B.A. in Art, and Teaching Certificult from the same University. So if anyone has any job openings can you please send the school and e-mail address or send me a PM.
Thanks a lot

i lived in Guilin for two years, and it can be bitterly cold and even snow. Ten months of the year are mild to damn hot however. You can fly to Guangdong, though on Guangxi salaries you may prefer to take a train.
Behai is sub-tropical, and very close to Vietnam.
You'll find some positions here:

Salaries and cost of living are generally low.

Thanks for the websight. I have already sent my resume off to those schools listed there. Any other websights besides Dave's that I can find job listings for China?

New Kid, scroll down and take a look at our Links pages. You'll find links to all kinds of places to look for jobs- and not all of them are in the "Jobs Listing Sites" section.
I strongly believe that the best places to look for jobs are the local sites. The international places like Dave's or TEFL.com etc. tend to be cattle-call sites that feature jobs that are at best so-so. Local listings may not pay your airfare, but tend to pay better when you get there.

i biked through guangxi, from guilin to guangdong province; i thought that wuzhou was a really nice small city, quite close to guangdong. also, not too far inside guangdong, a city called zhaoqing also seemed nice. i am sure both places have few foreigners, so you would have to decide whether this is a positive or a negative.

Please, please, please avoid The New Standard Training Center in Liuzhou.....not legal and your begging for trouble next visa or FEC renewal....I should know, I wrote all the policies for them until they simply couldn't provide a "legal" license
