Well, that's just rude George.  kkkkkkkkkk
Courage is not the absense of fear, but rather the judgement that something else is more important than fear.

And here I thought he was talking about his back...

Today I was on Skype with one of my Tan mates and he invited me to go with him and a monk friend of his to a traditional Diebu Tan wedding.  Very few people know about these weddings.  It would be incredible to be able to go.

now I just have to hope that it is on during the time I am over there.

Fingers toes ears eyes whatever crossed that the timing is right!!

And I would get to see the making of the highland barley liquor.   agagagagag jjjjjjjjjj

Good news! The Babe has managed the border crossing and is now in HK. Took her 50 minutes to get through Cust and IMM, then 10 minutes to HK rail station where a RC volunteer was waiting to pick her up. The volunteer was waiting for her in the Departures area, while, of course Babe was arriving in the Arrivals area. Took 3 phone calls to get themselves together. The volunteer speaks no Mandarin and no English!! The Babe was furious. She now believes that HK is not a part of China, but an entirely foreign country altogether!!! Apart from the sticky weather, she is having a good time.

Babe's not wrong.  "One country, two systems" is not the most accurate translation of the official Chinese description for Hong Kong.  It is more correctly translated as "A bloody system that causes maximum inconvenience for everyone, Honkie, mainlander and waiguoren/gweilo alike."
