The US Supreme Court says that nearly half of Oklahoma rightfully belongs to the 5 tribes who reside there.

This is a good step, but I think it's not quite what it seems.  Private land might be listed as being inside of "Native American Territory", but very little will actually change for non-Native Americans living there.  What it may mean is that Native Americans accused of crimes in these areas can only be charged and tried under tribal law.

This is an evolving situation and should be well worth watching.
