Are you serious?  Almost every apartment in Chaoyang has a dish on the wall on their balconies.

Have you seen the public roads out there? Half of the e-bikes are illegal ask a supermarket seller to only show you the legal ones...you get a choice of four. So everyone has the "bad" ones but that does not make it any more legal now does it?

That is just an overpowered e-bike, a dish with access to things the powers that be would rather not want you see such unharmonious things is another matter...
