Face!

Hi
I've started working at the new campus of our new school for nearly a month now - lots of new faces, lots more kids and I've gone from teaching a total of 40 kids last year to 240 this year.

How important is "face" at your school?

I don't get the link between the pictures and 'face'? 

Are you suggesting this is all puffery to gain face and there is little substance to the place?

IB schools are world famous - they have to reach international standards and there is substance to this school but some of the teachers here think that maybe there's a bit to much emphasis on 'appearance', ie, 'face'!! lol
