Yeah, sorry guys, been away. Back still hurts, but getting better. Not major, just muscles, but hurts just like a real injury. I lifted up my double bed, forgetting that I am now 50, brain thinks it's still 21.

Having a bad back sucks, since I have to do so many things, so some things got left behind. Raoul's was one, simply because of time.

I will try to be back more often, but the time spent sitting still hurts.
