Six Word Stories
« on: November 11, 2009, 11:48:25 PM »
Ernest Hemingway said the best story he ever read was 6 words long. It went:

For sale. Baby shoes, never worn.

I thought that was pretty cool, so I thought we could write our own 6 word stories here.

The thread is kinda like the 3 word reply thing in that other part of the site, but it doesn't have to follow on the previous post. They should be stand alone sories. But only 6 words. I'll go first:

Score, shoot up. Prison, rehab, relapse.

ha! I taught a writing class in the beginning of the semester based on that hemingway story! I called it a one-sentence story. The kids loved it!

(Sorry that isn't 6 words.)
