we get LOADS of these on my campus in Ningbo, and on a walk in the Wicklow mountains two days ago we were tailed/led by a particularly friendly little dragon fly...
the most beautiful insect? butterflys? ladybirds/bugs?

The very best thing about dragonflies is that they eat black flies (and other insects).
I really enjoy seeing them when they arrive every spring.
Nice photo's Stil. akakakakak agagagagag agagagagag agagagagag

Th best thing about dragonflies is that they are polite. Love it

And just about the only insect left in China!

Thanks Stil, lovely photos. bfbfbfbfbf I have never thought to see how many different colored Dragon Flies are around; I will now start to be more observant. agagagagag

I've been seeing a lot more than usual in DG lately. Thought it was a local thing.
