Super Moon
« on: June 24, 2013, 07:43:42 PM »
It was almost clear last night so I tried to take a shot of the moon. This is the closest the moon will be this year, supposedly 14% larger and 30% brighter in the sky.

My wife is 100% certain that the biggest and brightest moon of any year is during the Moon Festival in the fall. bjbjbjbjbj

A really great photo thanks Stil. We had a bit of cloud here in Brisbane, but when they talked about this on the News, I went straight to the Kitchen window and had a really great view. bfbfbfbfbf

That was with NEX-7

I used a 30 year old manual film lens that used to be my father's.

Vivitar Series 1 70-210mm ƒ3.5 Macro (Kiron)

My walk around lens is a Sony SEL 35mm ƒ1.8

You can see some more of my photos on my blog... mostly street stuff.

A New York photography blog did an interview of me here.

A great photo thanks Stil! bfbfbfbfbf It would be interesting to know the story behind that one. My hobby is observing human behaviour and my observations are that you will always have plenty of interesting situations to photograph.
