From Windows 8 to 7 and back to 8 again

I bought a Toshiba Satellite last year but had to have the OS switched to Windows 7. I would now like to re-install Windows 8. Can I do this by holding the "0" key on start-up and following the prompts?

You will need a win 8 iso. Then changing the bios to boot from the iso should be enough to get the process started

Sounds like he has a restore partition, if so, then yes do that.
