New unfriendly foreigners

5 minutes later in walks the cow and nice as pie asks me can i help her find way to where she's supposed to be.
2 minutes later she's in a cab and heading in the totally opposite direction.
Does this make me an unfriendly foreigner?

i would say an awesome one

I'm still getting used to living in Hangzhou because being a big city I always see foreigners if I go anywhere but they hardly ever even smile in the daytime

I get a bit scared when I see a laowai because sometimes I smile and they just ignore me or sometimes they smile and I'm not expecting it and make a weak smile back.
