Was that real? You mean some people can't read uninterrupted for 3 minutes?

Read any other article on the website and I think you will answer your own question.
Sometimes it seems things go by too quickly. We are so busy watching out for what's just ahead of us that we don't take the time to enjoy where we are. (Calvin and Hobbs)

Ahhh, but within all great humor lies a kernal of truth. I make sure to always break up my blog entries a lot so it is more attractive to read when someone firsts looks at it.

And also with my students I artificially break some thinks up, like a passage, or article, because I think it is easier for them.

Thanks for sharing Pashley. Gotta love the Onion!  ahahahahah

Although, it's fairly close to the truth. We have to break things down carefully when printing magazines or people will only read the first paragraph (or sentence, or nothing at all)...

I'm anal retentive, so leave me alone.

I also read Playboy for the articles (sometimes)  afafafafaf

I didn't even venture on any other links  bibibibibi

Is this slow enough latefordinner?

yes and no. I mean let's face it we have always had short attention spans. For instance in the magazine industry it is industry standard to make all the articles short enough that you can read in one sitting while on the can. And that has been the industry standard for decades long before the internet arrived.

I think the internet just gives us more outlets to be distracted but I don't think I have a shorter attention span.

What might have happened if Twitter were around when the Ten Commandments were written?
