There's
a new type of rhetoric abroad about the "new type of great power relations". Now, as is known to all, the USofA is "the" great power of the times. But it's supposedly on the wane. And China is on the rise. So the great powers are supposed to work out not a new world order, but some new power sharing arrangements. To be honest, I'd always thought of China as a sucky power that complains a lot. But apparently it's been a
great power, with some gaps,
since 1815. I'm finding it hard to believe.
