Online Chinese Textbook
« on: October 29, 2009, 06:30:27 PM »
Hello all,

I've been working on an online textbook for Chinese at http://www.daydayupchinese.com, unlike our other site http://www.zhongwenred.com it's more like a traditional textbook and less like a phrasebook.

The site is far from complete, but we keep slogging away at it. If anybody has a blog or website of their own, I would appreciate it if you could post a link to http://www.daydayupchinese.com as it would help give us some encouragement and some traffic, our website unfortunately has neither the pedigree nor the established legitimacy of this veritable and upright forum. bjbjbjbjbj

I'll be adding audio recordings by the fine citizens of Harbin, with 儿 and 儿 free variations included, thanks to the help of Dave over at http://www.haerbinger.com/ who is helping me to get into contact with some students over at the broadcasting department. Provided I survive the Harbin winter with my wits and liver intact, we should have the first half of the site published with the majority of it having audio downloads available.

Thanks for the positive response, it's a complicated project. Again, if anyone can put up a link to the site on their website, blog, etc. it would be much appreciated. I'm going to start getting some audio together in the next few weeks, and maybe even get some more pictures added.
