interestingly enough, that one is not a new idea. There is a one that has been operating in taipei for quite a while now and even their bowls/plates/dishes are quite unique. There was a special on taipei a while back that mentioned it, so i guess the owners must have just said 'hey, what a great idea' and copied it. I guess it gives new meaning to the old military phrase ' shit on a shingle'

I hope the ones in the restaurant are cleaner than the usual ones I encounter in China.
