I hope no one yells at me for saying this, but...Freegate.

I procured a clean version of freegate a bunch of months past but it has since been disabled by the internet gods.

I'm wondering if it's down for everyone else or if it's just specific to my area.

Also, any fixes would be welcome.

I hope I'm not breaking any laws by speaking such a naughty word in public...

I am also facing the same F***g*** problem and would appreciate any solution.

Mine's been dead for months now as well. Seems every time they come up with a fix it gets shot down immediately. I just purchased a veep pee enn with 6 months coverage and it is working perfectly. I would just suggest putting down the dosh to get a paid one. Even when F G is working well it comes and goes (I used it for over a year)

Cough up the cash and get the real thing or try an alternative if you are short on scratch. If you have any trouble with products linked on that page you should be able to light up FG long enough start the files downloading with a little persistence. Also, try contacting FG on gtalk or skype for IP strings. You should be getting some kind of error msg that points you in the right direction. Gtalk I think was fg.bridge@gmail.com Just send them any msg.(not email)

Honestly, I am glad FG took a shit. It made me stop being lazy and find a freebie that does not filter porn.

Mine stopped working, then I updated what I had in Hong Kong a couple of weeks back but it barely worked once, then never again.

Then a few days ago a colleague actually gave me a working copy- he said the key is to keep the WHOLE program and its associated files on a USB, rather than your harddrive, and always run it from the USB. A pain, but certainly better than nothing. I've now been able to use it 2 days straight no probs so far.
