The foot has been planted.....

....and will not be removed! I have  44 classes, which I teach once a fortnight. OK, I have 22 classes which are cleft in twain. The "A" groups I teach one week, the "B" groups, the next. Last week I complained to my FAO about her class, which is an "A" group. "Their behaviour is borderline", I said, "and, BTW, I will not teach 16B and 15B ever again"! This consternated her a fair bit, but I simply said "NO!". She hauled her class in and gave them a lecture. Today I had 16B and 15B scheduled. I sat in the office, reading a book. Not a peep from anyone! A glorious future awaits!!

Good on you. If their behaviour is not up to scratch then don't teach them.

Cutting classes means my overtime pay comes down by one lesson per week. Big deal!! The important bit is, will the silence continue? I have no intention of relenting.....for the entire year.
