This was another school trip last autumn. Liyang is one of the biggest bamboo reserves in the world, it was kind of stupid, all of the meals were based on bamboo. I wanted to try the Panda....

It's also important for Buddhists apparently. It's kind of ridiculous in Zheijiang though because it was the most powerful region in China when they made Chinese Buddhism I think every city has some claim on being sacred etc
