Thought I would share the good news that I reached a deal with the school today for spring's maternity leave. They are flexible about when I start with the time off and how long I take it. I'm still getting paid. They have a sub in mind too, but he won't be in charge of grading, so I still retain control over the courses I teach. Needless to say, I am happy.
