I'd hafta say that one of the things I really like about the new saloon over the old saloon is that little countdown (countup?) in the minicenter showing how much time I've wasted spent in the saloon.

I love Welsh Rarebit, haven't had it for years and years and years - maybe 40 years.  My mom made it and it was soooo good.  Definitely want that.

How about creamed tuna on toast??

I make it without cheese.  Never thought of putting cheese on it. Mine has peas in it.  I make a big pot and ladle it over the toast. Yummy.
