Using Picassa photo site, I paste the url address in between the two img thingies and it ain't working.

Sometimes the URL also has an [img] part to it. Delete these.

Properly poured, you do get a head, and if it's really properly poured, just the right amount of head! Not like glasses in a Chinese restaurant...the head disappears instantly. A sure sign that the glasses aren't washed properly. A nice clean glass keeps it's head for a good time.
