Get fast, functional, un-buggered Google searches

Google gets messed with pretty hard here, and I just came across this which works fine instead. No special tricks or workarounds needed to get fast unrestricted Google searches, even on "sensitive topics".

I don't know if it helps, but the .co.uk version of google seems to be pretty unrestricted, but I use a UK bought computer, would that be the reason?
When I say unrestricted, I mean more for porn etc, I don't usually look at 'sensitive' stuff.
