Anyone seeing it on their phones? On Android I can call up
Settings > Mobile Networks > Network Operators
and the phone will scan for, you guessed it, network operators. My phone detects China Mobile, China Unicom, and some other network I can't connect to identified by numbers. Wild guess: an LTE network under construction?
