Eagle's View of Suzhou Part 1
« on: October 25, 2009, 07:43:54 AM »
It wasn't too long into our first year in China that we took a trip to Suzhou on our own.  Raoul and Con had told us so much about the city that we had to find out for ourselves.  We did end up meeting these two expats as well as a handful of others, some who were part of the saloon crown while we were there.  It was an evening of pizza and verbal diarhea on everyone's part.  Of course, the missus and I did a lot of wandering on our own, the discovery method.  Here are a few scenes from our first visit to Suzhou.

I told my students that this guy was my uncle.  They loved the lie.

Werry excellent, Eagle. Tis indeed a good place. Like the 2nd one in partikkala, but the second last one is better!
