Title: Blogger blocked again?

I went to fire up my RSS reader and discovered that all of the Blogger blogs I subscribed to had "error" notices. I fired up Firefox and couldn't access a single one of the blogger urls. I then went to a proxy surfing site and sure enough, the urls were functioning. So, has anyone else noticed if the GFW has taken another dump on blogger in their area?

It's been off and on. I've been having problems the last few days--seems afternoons are worse. Right now, blogspot is working in Chrome.
