Beijing Poutine ?

I’m going to Beijing for a few days in a couple weeks. Are there any restaurants that serve the food of the gods?

two places:
"Plan B" in Shuangjing (one of the owners, Trevor is Canadian)
"4 Corners" in the old town where Jun, the head chef, makes his own curds and tries to keep it as authentic as possible.

If you can, hit 4 Corners, it will be the best one. If you can't, then Plan B will do
