Title: Trying to find available Unis in Suzhou

I sent prospective messages around all those I could find and all resulted in stony silence except Suda who demanded tha tI go and do a demo. Which is now giving me stony silence after asking if I could do skype since it would cost me near 1000 and require an overnight stay and other teachers in the past have not had to do a demo.

Thing is, I see agent adverts for Suzhou universties yet contacting them directly yields silence, what gives? Does anybody know any that are trying to any hiring?

At this time of year? The semester has begun. Positions in popular cities are likely well and truly filled, at least until next semester.
